CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE: Rosa tenue, vivace e di bella intensità. Al naso si apre un bouquet di frutti rossi dove predomina la ciliegia croccante, avvolta da una nota fruttata più dolce che
ricorda i fioroni maturi. Al palato mostra una certa struttura e rotondità. Sapidità e freschezza donano equilibrio al sorso pieno e persistente
ABBINAMENTI: Compagno ideale di primi e secondi piatti a base di pesce o crostacei. Da abbinare anche a piatti della cucina di terra e vegetariana lievemente strutturati
