PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions (the “Privacy Code“) and the European Regulation No. 679 of 2016 (the “Privacy Regulation“), San Marzano Vini S.p.A. Via the “Contact Details” area, you are free to describe your requests for information or needs, but we ask you not to indicate data defined by the Privacy Regulation as special data (e.g., referring to your health status, religious orientation, etc.).
The legal basis of the processing is the execution of a service in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, section b) of the Privacy Regulation and, therefore, no express consent shall be required from you in order to handle your request for information.
The data you provide shall be processed mainly by paper and/or computer under the authority of the Data Controller, by persons specifically authorised and trained for data processing (pursuant to Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and Article 29 of the Privacy Regulation). We hereby inform you that appropriate security measures are complied with, including in accordance with Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Data may be disclosed, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation, to the following entities: to public bodies and/or authorities, where required by law or at their request; to external facilities, entities and companies which the Data Controller uses to perform activities connected with, instrumental to or consequent upon the execution of the “Contact Details” service; to external consultants, unless they are designated in writing as Data Processors. An updated list of the designated Data Processors can be provided upon request by the data subjects.
Notwithstanding legal obligations, your personal data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to your request for information.
At any time, you can exercise your rights under Article 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, erasure, limitation of processing, filling in the Form for the Exercise of Data Subject’s Rights at the following link: EXERCISE OF RIGHTS.
