The Data Controller hereby informs you that, pursuant to the current legislation concerning personal rights (privacy, copyright, and the right to confidentiality as established by the Civil Code: Legislative Decree No. 68 of April 9, 2003, Art. 10 of the Civil Code), photographs and audiovisual recordings will be taken during the Vinitaly Fair. These activities will involve the processing of personal data.
Such data, defined as “identifying personal data” under personal data protection legislation, may be published on the Data Controller’s social media profiles and websites for the purpose of promoting the event.
In line with the pronouncements of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Authority, we explicitly inform persons entering the venue of the event about the presence of cameramen who will be filming the event and the persons attending it. We guarantee that the images disclosed will not contain terminology that is offensive to the person, nor will they infringe on his or her fundamental rights. The material will be processed by our representatives (image consultants, marketing, audiovisual technicians, etc.).
The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679).
The data will be stored at the Data Controller’s premises for a period of 6 months, without prejudice to any further legal obligations and/or judicial protection requirements. Data uploaded to social media platforms (including the company website) will be retained on those platforms at the Data Controller’s discretion for the pursuit of the stated purposes.
It is understood that no compensation, consideration, and/or reimbursement of expenses is provided for the use and dissemination of the images and videos referred to herein.
With regard to the aforementioned data, you may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as amended, by sending a communication to the following email address: privacy@sanmarzanovini.com.
