Liboll Rosé Vino Spumante Extra Dry
A sparkling rosé wine, Charmat method. Fresh with a dry finish, it is the result of a selection of red grapes from Salento. Liboll, when the occasion calls for bubbles or for a casual aperitif. Liboll, as we like to call ‘the bubbles’ in Puglia.
Characteristics
Red native grapes
In autoclave for about a month on its own yeasts, then in the bottle
Pale and bright pink with onion skin shades; fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet of orange blossoms, pink grapefruit and pomegranate.
Full on the palate, crisp and mineral with a dry finish and a Mediterranean Maquis aftertaste
Excellent as aperitif, with light starters, first and second fish courses.
