Talò Primitivo Merlot Salento IGP, a red wine born from a grape variety typical of Puglia and from a cosmopolitan one in perfect balance. It is an extremely pleasant blend that is remembered for its elegance and harmony.

50% Primitivo, 50% Merlot
In French oak barrels for 4 – 6 months
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections. A complex bouquet with ripe red berries, cherry, and some cinnamon notes.
A wine of great structure enriched with velvety tannins and a long pleasant aftertaste
Rich first courses, red meat and game, hard cheese.
