San Marzano One More Dream

Four sailing ships drifting across the Indian Ocean. Untouched nature stretching as far as the eye can see. The soft outline of the Indonesian archipelago dissolving into sunsets that steal your breath. And then the silence — that vast, infinite silence that only the open horizon can give. This was the stage for a journey whose starting point, its excuse almost, was the unveiling of the new vintage of San Marzano Sessantanni Rosé: a pink wine on a pink beach. And Komodo, one of the countless small islands scattered across the Flores Sea, is the pink beach par excellence.

Yet, as happens whenever a journey carries real meaning, the initial idea began to shift almost immediately, without effort. The experience took on its own pulse; the adventure — even more than the wine — became the true centre of gravity. The rosé, with its colours and quiet suggestions, lit the spark. But what followed was something larger: a mechanism, a “dream” that began to take shape one step at a time.

One More Dream: a new San Marzano series

Dream #1: Bali & Komodo

That is why we felt the need to give a name not only to this initiative, but to the series of projects we intend to launch from here on, following this new, dream‑laden route: the San Marzano One More Dream Series. A deliberate self‑reference, echoing the company’s new payoff Just One More Glass Amore Mio, meant to evoke that insatiable curiosity for the world — for the people met along the way, for the beautiful moments one wishes could linger just a little longer. New cultural shades to colour, enrich, and expand the borders of our wines.

The Bali & Komodo adventure of June 2026, renamed Dream #1, marks the first chapter of the series. Very soon, the journey became a collective tale — a chorus of voices recounting a singular experience, with nature stepping immediately into the role of protagonist. The beauty of these places is not a backdrop but an active force, capable of stirring wonder and awe in those who choose to enter the dream.

And it is precisely the travellers — fully immersed — who become the voices of the San Marzano community: people who share the same values, the same thirst for emotion, the same instinct for discovery. A living, genuine network that grows alongside our way of understanding wine and the experiences that orbit around it.
