Aus goldgelben Trauben, die vor Sonne und der Wärme langer Sommernachmittage strotzen, entsteht Polline, ein Wein, dessen Namen bereits auf eine ursprüngliche Süße verweist, die ein Vorbote des Lebens ist. Aus Moscato-Trauben, einer Rebsorte, die für die Tradition der süßen Weine Apuliens steht, entsteht ein Passito mit schönem Aroma und angenehmer Weichheit, ausgeglichen durch eine gute Frische.
Eigenschaften
Moscato
80 % der Masse in Stahlsilos, die restlichen 20 % in 6-hl-Fässern aus französischer Eiche für 4 Monate
helles strohgelb mit goldenen Reflexen, an der Nase wird die zarte Frische weißer Blüten durch reife Pfirsiche und Aprikosen gemildert, umgeben von einer Vanillenote. Der Schluck ist süß und aromatisch, das fruchtige Aroma bleibt mit Noten von Honig erhalten, die eine gute Frische ausgleichen
Traditionell begleitet er Trockengebäck und Kuchen Auch als Aperitif und in Mixgetränken zu probieren.
