Sulla Maresco Valle d'Itria IGP
Eine autochthone Rebsorte, Maresco, über die noch wenige Informationen verfügbar sind. Sein Name erinnert an das Adjektiv „frisch“ („fresco“), das sich auf die ausgeprägte Säure bezieht, ein typisches Merkmal dieser seit der Antike in Apulien vorkommenden Rebsorte.
Sulla, benannt nach einer mediterranen Pflanze, ist ein Wein mit einer schönen olfaktorischen Intensität, der sich vor allem durch florale, kräuterige Noten kennzeichnet und durch viele angenehme fruchtige Anklänge bereichert wird.

Strohgelbe Farbe mit blassgoldenen Reflexen; in der Nase bietet er typische Aromen der Rebsorte mit ausgeprägten Fruchtnoten wie Ananas, Grapefruit und Zitrusfrüchten; Wein mit ausgeprägter und angenehmer Säure
Hervorragend als Aperitif, als Begleitung zu Vorspeisen auf Schalentierbasis. 10-12 °C
