Talò, ein Nachname, steht hier stellvertretend für die vielen Weinbauern, denen und deren Familien man dadurch für ihren unermüdlichen Einsatz in den Weinbergen, die sie wie den eigenen Garten pflegen, danken möchte. Die Linie Talò besteht aus verschiedenen Weinen, symbolisch für unsere Gemeinschaft.
Talò Malvasia Nera Salento ist ein delikater Rotwein, der ausschließlich aus der Malvasia Nera di Brindisi gewonnen wird, einer autochthonen Salentinischen Rebsorte. Der Wein besticht durch ein Bouquet aus roten Früchten und verwöhnt den Gaumen mit gut geschliffenen Tanninen.

4 bis 6 Monate in Fässern aus französischem Eichenholz
Intensive rubinrote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen; komplexer Duft mit Pflaumen- und Kirschnoten sowie leichten würzigen Rosmarinnoten. Körperreicher, weicher und harmonischer Wein
Deftige Vorspeisen, rotes Fleisch und Wild, Hartkäse
Serviertemperatur: 16 bis 18°C
