Diskontinuierliche Dampfdestillation in Kupferkesseln
In Eichenholzfässern zu 225 Litern für einen Zeitraum von 10 bis 12 Monaten
Visueller Eindruck: Klar, bernsteinfarben
Geruchseigenschaften: Ausladend, umhüllend, große Persönlichkeit. Ein Konzert der Eindrücke, aus denen reifes Obst (Marille, Sauerkirsche), Kakao- und Vanillenoten klar herausragen
