Talò Verdeca Puglia IGP, only Verdeca grapes refined in French oak barrels to soften the renowned acidity of this green-skinned indigenous grape variety that has been among the white wines of Puglia for at least four centuries.
Characteristics
Verdeca
In French oak barrels for 3 months with periodic bâtonnage
Straw yellow colour with golden reflections, intense aromas of white flowers and vanilla.
The palate is fresh and mineral with a pleasant finish
Seafood, shellfish and fish dishes with light sauces.
