Talò Fiano Salento IGP
Talò, a surname, to collectively thank the farmers of San Marzano who, with their families, look after each vineyard as if it were their own garden. Talò, a collection of different varieties; a symbol of a community.
Talò Fiano Salento IGP is made from 100% Fiano, a variety whose origin comes from neighbouring Campania and whose presence in Puglia has been documented since the 13th century. The subtlety of its aromas and its tantalising acidic note make it an agile wine, ideal for pairing with light aperitifs, appetisers and fish dishes.
