The “Pumo” is a decorative object that has adorned balconies and handrails of ancient stairways in Puglia for centuries. A symbol of nature’s abundance and generosity, made from the clay that once nourished the vines. The wine range has a spectrum of colours, declination of varieties and Appellations.
Il Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Salento IGP. Blend of Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc with a floral aroma of broom and citrus. An indigenous grape variety and an international one for a fresh and mineral wine with a good acidity.

Straw yellow colour with green reflections; floral notes of broom and a hint of citrus and tropical fruits on the nose.
Lively in acidity, fresh and mineral
Starters and fish soups, soft cheese, first courses with light fish sauces.

Suggestioni antiche, come quella dei pumi. Che ieri come oggi, da assolati balconi, proteggono i luoghi dove nasce Il Pumo San Marzano.
Porte adornate con rami di artemisia e tifa. Pumi di ceramica. Simboli di protezione e buon auspicio da culture diverse, ma solo apparentemente lontane.

Rendono omaggio al sacrificio di Qu Yuan, poeta e funzionario virtuoso, ricordano il cibo lanciato nel fiume Miluo dai suoi connazionali che vollero salvarne le spoglie. 🌏
